This month’s theme is Imposter Syndrome, an all-too-familiar feeling among young professionals and creatives. Through guided painting and open discussions, we’ll explore what it means to truly belong — and how to quiet the inner critic.

Paint: Let go and create in a relaxed, non-judgmental space. No experience needed.

Talk & Discuss: Share stories, listen to others, and submit anonymous questions to be answered by our on-site *mental health expert*.

Paint Some More: Reflect through art as the conversations deepen.

Connect: Wind down with community chats, mocktails, and creative networking.
